Digital purchases
Because source files can be copied immediately after delivery, purchases are generally final once the protected download has been accessed. This does not limit any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer law.
When we will help
Contact us if you were charged more than once, cannot access a valid purchase, received a corrupted or materially different file, or believe a payment was unauthorized. We will investigate and, where appropriate, restore access, replace the file, or issue a refund.
Before downloading
If you purchased by mistake and have not downloaded the product, email us promptly. We review these requests individually and ask that you include the email used at checkout.
How to request support
Email support@rotemplates.org with your checkout email, purchase date, and a short description of the issue. Do not email card numbers or other sensitive payment information.
