1. What you are buying
RoTemplates sells downloadable Roblox project source files and related documentation. Game templates are delivered as editable .rbxl projects. Asset packs are delivered as ZIP archives containing the .rbxm models, included animation saves where listed, and documentation described on their product pages. You are purchasing a license to use the source, not ownership of RoTemplates' underlying source materials or brand.
2. Standard commercial license
One purchase permits one person or studio to modify the purchased template or asset pack, publish one Roblox experience using it, and monetize that finished experience. You may work with contractors on that experience if they keep the source confidential.
3. Restrictions
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, leak, or publish the original or modified source as a template, asset pack, download, or competing product. You may not claim the unmodified source as your independently created work. A separate license is required for each additional published experience.
4. Accounts, guest delivery, and access
You may purchase with an account or as a guest. After Stripe confirms payment, a protected download is shown and sent to the checkout email. A guest purchase can be attached to My Library by signing in with that same email. Account access and emailed links are personal and may not be shared. Download links are signed, time-limited, and subject to reasonable anti-abuse rate limits. Keep a secure backup and contact us if a legitimate purchase needs access restored.
5. Acceptable use
You are responsible for your finished experience, including compliance with Roblox's rules, applicable laws, age-rating requirements, privacy obligations, and any third-party content you add.
6. Support and updates
Each template or asset pack includes 30 days of reasonable installation support. Custom development, content changes, ongoing maintenance, future updates, and compatibility with every third-party system are not included unless agreed in writing.
7. Warranty and liability
Digital products are provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise specific traffic, revenue, platform approval, or uninterrupted compatibility. Our total liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase, except where applicable law does not allow this limitation.
